Delivery
Due to restrictions on firework carriage we regret orders can only be collected HOWEVER once payment has been received we can normally have orders ready for collection from our store within 1 hour if required.
Full payment is required on all internet orders prior to collection. When filling out the order form you will be asked which day you wish to collect and whether you will arrive AM or PM. If your order is urgent you can add a note to the form and as mentioned earlier we can normally have orders ready within 1 hour of receiving payment.
Age Restrictions
UNDER 18s can not buy fireworks it’s the law and we enforce this stringently!!!!!
If on collection we have a doubt about age ID will be asked for and under no circumstances will the fireworks be released without ID being provided.
PLEASE PLEASE do not be upset about this it is for everyones safety and we do not want to lose our licence through selling to anyone under age.
Our experience in our shop has shown us that normally the people who object and kick up a fuss to being asked for their ID are normally the people who are under 18 and we simply will not serve them!!!!
Returns
Returning Fireworks- As a reputable retailer we obviously comply with the consumer protection(Distance selling) 2000 act which states there is a 7 day cooling off period. If you do decide you wish to return your fireworks we must be informed in writing at our Birstall shop address prior to you returning them to our store.
Complaints
Complaints- We pride ourselves on the quality of our fireworks. In the rare event that you have a problem we would want to help you and sort the problem out.
Simply phone us the following day that the firework did not go off we would normally ask that you return the firework back to our store (Obviously we would not expect rockets to be returned) we would then return this to TNT as part of their quality control we would then talk with you and agree a course of action you are happy with eg exchange,credit or refund.
In 6 years of selling TNT fireworks dealing with substandard fireworks has never been an issue for us!
